Over two hundred years ago, American Patriots fought and sacrificed for the freedoms we enjoy today. Through participation in the Society’s programs and activities you can continue this legacy by actively supporting historic preservation and promoting educational and patriotic endeavors. Any woman 18 years or older regardless of race, religion, or ethnic background, who can prove lineal descent from a patriot of the American Revolution, is eligible for membership. Commemorating the First World War

Faye Sliger presented an excellent program on the First World War, explaining the causes and showing the boundaries that existed at the outbreak of the war. This year is the 100 year recognition of World War I, the "war to end all wars".

The importance of bees and butterflies

Jane Yates presented a program on "Pollinators and Pollinator Gardens. She reminded us of the importance of creating a garden that is friendly to bees and butterflies that are essential in the successful fertilization of farm products and fruit trees resulting in the bounty we experience at harvest time.
